How does it look?

I had a difficult time deciding what my site should look like. Most of the designs I would have liked to do I don't yet have the skill for, and I didn't really have the time to learn how, so I stuck to simple designs... possibly too simple.

I ended up using the bottom one because its simplicity made it easy for me to understand how to piece a site together using it.
